If a queen is dealt up, the rank of the card card dealt to the next player is wild for all players.
If another queen comes up, it may change the wild card.
If the queen is the last up card of the round, the wild card does NOT change.
Queens are not themselves wild
Queen on last up card kills the other wild (only queens wild)
